VENTIA TELECOMMUNICATIONS EMPLOYEES – ANNUAL LEAVE LOADING
Members covered by the Ventia Telecommunications EA 2021, are to be paid their annual leave loading on their anniversary of employment.
Clause 28. Annual Leave
(e) A loading of 17.5% is payable in addition to the payment for Annual Leave (excluding purchased additional annual leave under sub-clause J). Leave loading will be paid on the employee’s anniversary date each year.
The Union has been advised that some members have not been receiving this payment. We have raised this matter since members made the union aware with Ventia management and Ventia now advise the matter is sorted out. If you have not been paid your 17.5% leave loading in accordance with the agreement please advise the union office.
