Members are reminded that, under the current Telstra Enterprise Agreement, they are entitled to purchase extra annual leave once a year (usually in August/September) if they meet certain criteria.
Permanent, Australian-based or Australian-paid Telstra employees are eligible to apply to purchase up to 4 weeks of additional leave.
To be eligible to apply, employees are required to have less than five weeks of accrued (untaken) annual leave and less than three months of accrued (untaken) long service leave as of 01 September 2016.
Employees have from 18 July to COB Friday 9 September to apply.
