Wet weather gear – fair wear and tear replacements
As we approach the rainy season across many areas of the country, members are reminded about the fair wear and tear policy for personal protective equipment, including wet weather gear.
Members are encouraged to report wet weather gear which may be leaking, worn out or no longer fit for purpose to their managers for immediate replacement.
Members facing pushback from their managers, should contact their State Branch Office.
