Decipha EBA approved

Members are advised that your new EBA at Decipha has been approved by the Fair Work Commission – coming in to force from this Thursday, 29 November 2018. The new EBA will expire on 29 November 2021.

The first of your three annual 2% pay increases will become effective from the first pay period after 29 November.

You will still receive the Customer Service Payment we wrote to you about last week – which is 2% of your gross taxable income for the period from 23 October to 11 November 2018. A second payment is due for the period 12 November – 28 November 2018 – this will be paid, subject to continuing to meet SLAs, on 14 December.

Your Union wishes to thank each and every member, activist and workplace representative who played a massive role in the campaign for your new EBA. The outcomes delivered in this EBA, despite the Morrison Liberal Government’s unfair bargaining restrictions, are a direct result of your dedication to our campaign and the bargaining process.

If you require any further information please contact your State Branch Official.
