RAIL, TRAM AND BUS UNION RALLY CANCELLED
The Rail, Tram and Bus Union has won a victory with the re-instatement of the sacked worker, along with a whole number of new conditions which will tend against similar situations arising again.
Congratulations to the RTBU and to you friend, for the assistance you have given in spreading the word about the Rally. It is this sort of demonstrable pressure, which you have assisted this union to apply, which wins these sorts of results

Dear comrade,
I am pleased to tell you that the RTBU has now reached a settlement with V/Line. Consequently, we are calling off our rally against unfair sackings at Southern Cross Station this Thursday (10 July).
We are deeply grateful for your union's support throughout our campaign, and will match your solidarity when the time comes.
We will continue our campaign for safety and wellbeing of all members.
