Unions meet with Telstra over LSL proposal
In the meantime, your Union has met with Telstra over the matter and made our strongly-held opposing views abundantly clear.
Along with the other Telstra Unions, we have written to the company formally stating our collective opposition to the proposal — including our initial views on the legalities associated with it. You can download a copy of our letter by clicking here.

We will continue to engage with Telstra through the consultation process in an effort to reach agreement on the matter. However, the Unions, together, are reserving all rights to pursue the matter collectively through the courts should an amicable way forward that is not detrimental to our members’ interests not be reached.
