Decipha Agreement Ballot
Results of the Decipha Agreement ballot. The agreement has been made.
With a return of 83% the proposed agreement received a 99% yes vote. This is an excellent result.
Thanks are owed to our negotiating team lead by Nicole Robinson and including TK Ly, Cindy Shelley, Graham Lorrain and Bambi Keep.
This result represents not only a substantial improvement in the conditions of our Decipha members but also, the fruits of long awaited national cooperation on our industrial agenda. For that I am particularly grateful.
Divisional Office will now take the necessary steps to become party to the agreement at certification.
