CWU National challenges Australia Post at FWC on reforms

In a challenge to Ahmed Fahour’s proposals to “reform” the postal service, Dan Dwyer, the CWU National Secretary notified a dispute in the Fair Work Commission. Our claim that Post failed to consult on the changes hit hard, and Ahmed called urgent consultations to avoid having the case heard in court.

You can read more about what he’s trying to do further down, but it’s a good sign that Post backed down at the first sign of trouble from the union.
