EBA9 pay rise and One Team Reward bonus coming
The September 2017 0.5% wage increase will take effect for all eligible Australia Post Award level employees on 20 September – a further 1.5% is due to be paid later in the year.
Also due on this same date is One Team Reward bonus payment. The bonus is calculated as 1% of your gross taxable income last year – this includes penalty rates, overtime etc – not just base salary (with a minimum level safety-net of $250 applying).
From 11 September, members should receive a letter advising the total of their individual bonus payment. Should you have any concerns over the calculation of your payment, please contact your State Branch Office for assistance.
