Phase 2 of call centre 24x7

Following monthly reviews of Australia Post’s extended hours service trials in the Northern (Qld) contact centre, your Union has been working with Australia Post to ensure staff are receiving their appropriate entitlements and are safe when attending the night shift.

Commencing on 9 September, a new group will be participating in the trial for a further four month period.

Functions being undertaken by staff engaging in the trials are attending to telephone-based operations until 6:30 pm and then shifting to the online operations
